Today is the ending to the Speedboat section. When the boat is running on fumes,
when the fun is displaced by fear, or loss, shame or grief, numbness or rage...sexual engagement outside of a committed love can bring an emptiness and despair. God knows. He knows who we are and why we do what we do. Or did what we did.
God is a Healer
I bless the holy name of God with all my heart. Yes, I will bless the Lord and not forget the glorious things he does for me. He forgives all my sins. He heals me. He ransoms me from hell. He surrounds me with loving kindness and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things! My youth is renewed like the eagle’s! (Psalm 103:2–3 TLB)
Jesus rescues us from darkness and guides us into the kingdom of light and hope. (Colossians 1:12-14)
·He binds open, festering wounds from our past. (Psalm 147:3)
· Jesus gripped Peter’s hand, rescuing him from sinking. The mental weights of fear and doubt, Peter’s faith walk-on-water as he tried to follow Christ. When we call for help Jesus reaches out His hand—immediately.
· He forgives and directs. He will provide a path to safety and safe people. He directs, “Go and sin no more.”

Celebrate Recovery Programs are Biblically-based, recovery programs at churches in many cities for sexual addictions, co-dependents and more. Help is taught in building fences, or boundaries around lives. Resources are available and tools for freedom from damaged emotions. Just google, “celebrate recovery program.” In addition, see below.
